Cyber Security Strategy and IA Stakeholder Management

BNSCyber offer whole organisation and business unit review of IA and cyber maturity, and work with senior stakeholders to define and deliver the necessary changes to achieve strategic goals. Additionally we represent systems integrators and MoD / Government projects at Security Working Groups and other customer facing meetings, to ensure the reasoning behind decisions, and the impact of IA related decisions, are clearly understood. We are able to do this because our consultants work exclusively in the MoD and HMG sector, and through extensive experience have gained the knowledge required to apply the ‘soft-skills’ necessary to understand, advise and deliver in these environments.
